Hi everyone!
Lately, I’ve noticed that a lot of people are complaining about sleep problems. I’ve started experiencing it myself-sometimes I wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and can't get back to sleep properly, even though that never used to happen.
I’m curious: are you experiencing this too?
Here’s what I’ve tried:
Magnesium and melatonin
Completely avoiding screens for an hour before bed
A strict schedule (going to bed at the exact same time)
Physical exercise during the day
Or perhaps it’s just the stress of constant information overload?
Please share your experiences. What is the average duration and quality of your sleep right now? And do you have any effective life hacks that actually work?
