How AI Has Already Radically Changed My Life in 2026

Hi everyone!
I wanted to share an observation. For the past six months, I’ve been actively using various neural networks in my daily life, and honestly-this isn't the future anymore; it’s the present-one that significantly simplifies existence while simultaneously making it more complex.
Here’s what has really changed:

I write all my texts (from work emails to social media posts) with the help of AI-saving myself a ton of time.
I’m learning English and Spanish much faster thanks to voice-based AI tools.
I plan my workouts and meal regimens-and the quality has noticeably improved.
I even generate ideas for business and content many times faster than before.

But there is a downside, too. Sometimes I catch myself thinking less independently. It feels as though my brain has "relaxed" and is just waiting for the AI to offer a solution.
How about you?
To what extent has artificial intelligence already become a part of your life here in 2026? Do you use it every day, or are you still skeptical?
I’d love to read your different perspectives.
